TURNKEY FULL SERVICE DESIGN 

Who: Perfect for the investor, remote or busy host who needs everything from planning to receiving to install and styling done for them. Truly turnkey and all the details will be taken care of... you just sit back and collect rent.

What: We first create general concept boards for the space, to confirm the overall design plan then the magic happens. Once agreed upon, Divine Proportions Studio will do all the work: including purchasing, receiving, unpacking, inspection, delivery, returns, install and styling for a complete beautiful home reveal. 

How: Our Design Process and Approach Creates Stand-Out Interiors

Once selections are agreed upon and payment is received, Divine Proportions Studio will source all selected items and have them delivered to our receiver or your rental where we will receive, unpack, inspect and dispose of waste. Audio/Video is not included.

We will install, style and arrange items, hang artwork, bed styling and arrange all the visual aspects, so the rental is "photograph ready"

We suggest professional photographs be taken upon completion of design install. We will coordinate with a professional photographer along with making sure the unit is properly staged for the photoshoot. We will gladly suggest a vetted photographer for the project.

RENTAL REFRESH DESIGNER FOR A DAY

Who: Looking to refresh and revitalize an existing, furnished property without breaking the bank with a designers hands on approach? Our "Property Refresh Consultation and Design Day Combo" will maximize your refresh.

What: This Includes the property Refresh Consultation along with 8 hours of shopping, product sourcing and installation of purchased products. A curated design will be submitted for approval. Payment in full for all items prior to purchasing and installation.

How: Our Design Process and Approach Creates Stand-Out Interiors

Walk through your property and come up with design solutions for all spaces — whether they’re simple to solve, or tricky design spots Brainstorm ideas & share design tips on how you can best target your ideal guests and create beauty and functionality for five-star reviews. (Zoom/Face-time call for remote areas)

Bring clarity to what pieces you should hold onto and what you need to replace and refresh
Discuss fresh paint colors and potential renovations for resale/rental impact like new light fixtures. If painting is involved I will help select final paint colors. Paint goes along way for very little money!

Work with what you own, source and purchase quick updates in bedding, pillows, art and accents to bring a cohesive design to your Refresh!
