About Me.

Interior designer Kathryn B. Adams lives and works by this mantra: Be creative, be inspired, be joyful, believe in yourself...just be. Her design prowess proves it. Starting in 2001, she designed, owned, and operated her first vacation rental property on the island of St. Barth’s and never lost her passion for creating beautiful unique destinations. With more than two decades of experience in global residential, commercial, and hospitality design. She quickly puts her design inspirations into motion, garnered from years of traveling and annual attendance at creative and industry experiences such as High Point, Chicago/Atlanta Mart, HD Expo, and Art Basel. With a taste for the eclectic and an eye for proportion, color, and art, Kathryn approaches each of her projects with keen attention to detail, customer service, and client needs, whether designing vacation rental, new construction or a renovation, an overseas villa, a luxury yacht or private aircraft, her passion and commitment to exceptional design is unwavering.

Kathryn graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with Bachelor's degrees in Fine Arts and Interior Architecture and recently graduated cum laude with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Rhode Island College. In addition to being an interior designer, project manager, and artist herself, she has also served as an instructor of design at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Art Institute, giving her a unique perspective when approaching her own creative process. Her designs span throughout Florida, Rhode Island, New York, Philadelphia, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, St. Barth’s, Anguilla, as well as the UAE and Asia.

She believes, above all else, that every home should have a pair of Yorkies to love.
